Free, flexible cancellation
All bookings from 17.03.2020 onwards can be cancelled free of charge until the limited everyday situation due to the coronavirus has eased. This also applies to group bookings!
What does this mean in concrete terms?
How long will Corona restrict our everyday life? When will we return to "normality" and what will the new normality look like? Even virologists, politicians and economic experts cannot answer these questions at the moment. Nor can E&P Reisen!
By booking your trip now you can already secure your desired dates and good prices for the season 2020-2021, but you have the right to cancel your trip for free and get back the whole amount paid.
Until when does this regulation apply?
An end is difficult to define at this point in time, so we will wait for an easing of the restricted situation and as soon as this has been achieved according to E&P estimates. We are guided by travel warnings and official orders. Then we will contact all bookings since 17.03.2020 by e-mail to ask if they still want to make use of their free cancellation right within 14 days. So you can decide in peace.
