Sportclub Bader (Komfort)

The Sportclub Bader is located in the traditional St. Johann in the Tauferer Ahrntal in South Tyrol. The house is centrally located in the village, directly at a ski bus stop, from where the ski bus takes you directly to one of the sub-areas Speikboden (approx. 10 min away) or Klausberg (approx. 6 min away).

Ausstattung

The Sportclub Bader convinces especially with its spacious rooms with shower/WC and partly with balcony. For dinner you can make yourself comfortable in one of the three dining rooms.

After skiing you can go to the in-house terrace, where you can enjoy the last hours of the day. If you wish, we can also organize a punch party here once a week (mulled wine is also available for adults) or other events with the group. In addition, the Sportclub Bader offers a games room with table tennis and table football, where one or two matches or battles can be played, as well as a multi-purpose room for training courses or self-organized events after the ski day. For the next winter, a sauna is also planned, so that after skiing a piece of wellness is also possible as needed.

For your winter sports equipment a ski cellar is at your disposal. You can book rental equipment through us and pick it up in our partner sports store.

At the house there are a few parking spaces, which you can book through us. The house is not barrier-free / handicapped accessible.

WLAN is available in the public areas free of charge.

For the accommodation a room deposit of 20 € p.p. or a group deposit of 500 € is required at check in.

Ahrntal local tax: 1,75 € per night from 14 years, the local tax is automatically calculated with the booking. This is a compulsory tax to the municipality of St. Johann in Ahrntal.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price and have to be brought by yourself.

Our group house in South Tyrol, the Sportclub Bader in Ahrntal, offers space for about 80 people in 27 rooms and is therefore ideal for accommodating smaller and larger school groups in one of South Tyrol's top ski resorts. The cozy rooms are all equipped with shower and toilet and a few have access to the balcony. The house is especially popular with groups because it is very spacious and offers plenty of room for group activities, for example on the terrace or in the games room of the house.

Our on-site team is always available to answer your questions and organize smaller program items. We can also arrange a varied weekly program in advance according to your individual wishes.

Food

Our team will also take care of your meals. You will get a breakfast buffet in the morning and a 2-3 course menu in the evening. In addition, you can make your own "do-it-yourself lunch packages" at breakfast (without drink).

Processing

We will gladly take care of the entire booking process for your group trip. For this purpose, we will set up a separate booking link for your group, which all participants can use to book in comfortably and quickly. Everything else is done by E&P Reisen and the organizer does not have to deal with collecting money, keeping lists, transfers or cancellations. Ski vacations in a group totally stress-free! Alternatively, we create a profile for the group organizer for our group booking portal, so that he can keep the upper hand over the participants and in consultation with our group processors the wishes can be implemented.

Our on-site team can put together an individual weekly program for you according to your wishes. Of course we are also happy to support you in creating your own program. Among other things we offer the following program points in the Ahrntal:

Skipass, Kurse, Leihmaterial

With the trips to the Ahrntal a 5- or 6-day ski pass for the Klausberg and Speikboden is usually included. If you wish, a ski pass for only one area is also possible.
Depending on the type of arrival you have the possibility to book an additional ski pass on the day of arrival or departure in advance.

Ski courses

We offer you inexpensive ski and snowboard courses, which are carried out by E&P Reisen. Our group department will be happy to make you an offer. The courses must be booked in advance.

Rental equipment

You can book inexpensive rental equipment through us, which will be set up and handed out to you directly in our partner store. It is strongly recommended to book in advance, because we have to register the rental equipment for you with the rental shop, so that the rental shop has exactly the right equipment ready for you.

St. Johann im Ahrntal

St. Johann is the main village of the Ahrntal and lies at an altitude of about 1,018 meters. The community owes its name to St. John the Baptist, to whom the impressive parish church in the center of the village is also dedicated.

Party

Après-ski is definitely not neglected in the Ahrntal! At Speikboden, with the new "Ahris" and at Klausberg with the legendary "Hexenkessel", two ultimate après-ski locations in South Tyrol await your visit. Otherwise, the surrounding ski areas offer numerous bars, pubs and après-ski umbrellas.

SkiWorld Ahrntal

SkiWorld Ahrntal consists of the two ski areas Klausberg & Speikboden. The insider tip in the South Tyrolean Alps guarantees 100% snow from mid-December to Easter.

Each of the sub-areas is special in itself: at Speikboden you will be thrilled by the new valley descent over 1400 meters in altitude and the view of the mountain world.

The ski area Klausberg convinces with modern lifts, long challenging slopes and a funpark. Beginners will also find what they are looking for in both areas and the practice slopes in the heart of the Speikboden and Klausberg ski areas offer ideal conditions for learning to ski!

The absolute plus are the 18 rustic ski huts = so sunny and cozy!

In addition, you will find an Alpine Coaster, a speed and zipline at Klausberg and several toboggan runs at Speikboden and Klausberg.

Skipass SkiWorld Ahrntal

Your ski pass is always included in the travel price and is valid for the entire SkiWorld Ahrntal ski area or only for one of the sub-areas, depending on your wishes. The ski pass for the entire area includes around 21 lifts and cable cars on the Klausberg and Speikboden and thus guarantees varied skiing days on 76 kilometers of slopes.

Beginners

Beginners will find everything they need on the Klausberg to get started and learn quickly. Ideal beginner slopes with their own chairlift are available at the Almboden as well as at the valley station at the Bruggerbahn. Children combine learning with lots of fun and action in Klausiland with its magic carpets and many extras.

Snowpark

Funpark enthusiasts and beginners can enjoy 6 fun parks. Freestyle kids and families can really let off steam in the Dino Funline or in the Family Funpark, while true professionals will want to resort to the famous Funtaklaus Funpark. As one of the best fun parks in the Alps, it offers various kickers, rails and other obstacles waiting to be used at an altitude of 2,400 meters!

Freeriding

Following in the footsteps of professional freerider Eder Markus' "Ultimate Run", there are several ski routes and freeride slopes in the Ahrntal Valley that invite you to powder snow and backcountry experience. The region offers endless possibilities with its total of 80 three-thousand-meter peaks . Even newcomers will find three mountain peaks and trained mountain and ski guides to try touring.

Eigenanreise

Arrival by car

If you would like to travel by car, you can do so without any problems. You can reach Austria via the A7 at Füssen and from there via the A12 to Innsbruck. In Innsbruck you change to the A13 and follow it to Brenner, where you cross the border to Italy. From there, take the A22 to just before Brixen, where you will then wind your way east through the Pustertal valley. In Bruneck, you then take the last road SS621 in the direction of the Ahrntal. As soon as you arrive in the village of St. Johann im Ahrntal, you have reached your destination. Keep in mind that at the Sportclub it is only possible to check in from 3pm to 5pm. If you would like to check in at a different time, please contact us.

At the house you will find limited parking spaces, which you can book in advance through us.

If you want to arrive with your bus, this is also no problem. On request, we will also provide you with a parking space.

Arrival by public transport

It is also possible to travel by public transport. The best starting point is Munich. From here you can take an EC to Innsbruck, from there a suburban train leaves in 40 minutes to Brenner. From here two regional trains go first to Franzensfeste and then to Bruneck. From Bruneck, the last means of transport is the bus, which will take you to St. Johann in about 40 minutes. Here you have to get off at the station "St. Martin'" and have a short walk of about 3 minutes until you arrive at the Sportclub.
