Sportclub Lederer - English (Standard)

The Sportclub Lederer is located in the middle of the ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm and can be reached with skis or board via a blue valley run when snow conditions are good. The centres of Saalbach and Hinterglemm are each about 2 km away. In the morning the ski bus takes you in 3-5 minutes to the ski area entrance in Saalbach or Hinterglemm, in the afternoon you can ski down to the house. After the party you can quickly return to your accommodation by night bus, on foot or with the shared taxi.

Ausstattung

In the Sportclub Lederer there is a cosy dining room and a small parlour where you can relax and enjoy your skiing day. In the basement you'll also find a chill-out party room with sofas, nails and table football, where we can have a good time.

Once a week there is the legendary E&P mulled wine drink-up in front of the Sportclub Lederer. A ski cellar with boot heating is available for your winter sports equipment. You can book rental equipment through us and pick it up in our partner sports shop in Saalbach.

At the house there is a limited number of parking spaces, which you can book. WiFi is not available in the house, we are working on making it available for you in the coming season. The house is not barrier-free/handicapped accessible and falls under the category "standard".

Saalbach local tax: The local tax is 2,00€ per overnight stay and will be calculated automatically when booking. This is a mandatory charge to the community Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Check out usually in the morning between 07:00 and 09:00
Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Optionally, bed linen and towels can be booked as a set.
Slippers and hair dryer are also to be brought along.

Konzept

For groups larger than 25 people, we will create an individual offer at group conditions. Smaller groups (up to 14 people) please book directly here.

This group house can comfortable accommodate about 75 people. It is located directly at a blue valley run. Normally, you receive a 6 day ski pass valid for all sub-areas. Our team on site will take care of your entertainment and provide a diverse program for the week. There is always the possibility that you contribute to the organization of activities and we are happy to take your individual expectations into account. Of course, you can also have your own autonomous program of activities.

Verpflegung

Our team is also there to take care of your meals. In the morning, there will be a rich breakfast buffet. In the evening, we prepare a 2-3 course dinner. In addition to that, you will have the possibility to prepare "do it yourself lunch packages" that you can take with you on your skiing day (without drinks). Low priced drinks can be purchased easily: The accommodation has several self-service fridges that are always filled with cold drinks.

In order to enjoy the perfect cottage feeling, you can optionally book our catering with assistance. Assistance means that you support our chef with preparing the meals and doing the dishes. Our team is still responsible for doing the grocery shopping and structuring the preparations so your skiing day is not affected.

The kitchen remains closed on one night. For this night, we plan an external dinner (at your own expenses). Traditional Austrian specialities are served at the "all-you-can-eat" buffet. After dinner you can dance until the torchlight hike back. If you like, you can rush back into the valley on the ski slope, which is illuminated until 10 pm, the rest of you can take the lift.

Booking process

We are happy to take care of the whole booking process of your group trip. This means that we set up a separate booking link for your group where every participant can easily enter all the required information (age, paying method etc.) and comfortably book the trip autonomously. Everything else then runs via E&P Reisen and the organizer does not have to deal with collecting money, keeping lists, transfers or cancellations. This way, we can keep your ski holidays in the group totally stress-free.

Our team on site can put together a weekly program according to your wishes. Of course, we are also happy to support you with creating your own individual program. Among others, we offer the following activities:

In Saalbach/ Austria, our offers normally include the 6 day ski pass “Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn” which is valid from Sunday to Friday in the whole area. The value of the pass lies at around 263 €.

The vibrant place Saalbach is located in the beautiful Salzburger Land in Austria. It is one of the most famous and largest ski resorts in the country and offers you a lot of variety, even off-piste.

Après-ski is traditionally a big thing in Saalbach and often starts already on the mountain with good sounds. There are numerous umbrella bars and huts waiting for you. Then it continues on to the valley with several notorious party locations where you will have a great time celebrating. The party season in Saalbach traditionally starts with the mountain festival and continues with the Rave to Snow. During the season there are also events at the huts with german stars such as DJ Ötzi, Mickie Krause and many others.

Those who prefer cosy evenings can relax a little in comfortable huts and pubs. Modern architecture combined with traditional style elements in the mountains combined with chilly lounge music and traditional cuisine. This is how Aprés-Ski 20-21 goes! The sunny terraces with a breathtaking mountain view invite you to relax.

More sportive activities on site

Romantics love snowy winter hikes, adventurers are drawn to tandem paragliding on the west summit in Hinterglemm or snowmobiling in Saalbach. Racy snowtubing, tobogganing or a few laps on the ice rink provide further fun in Saalbach- Hinterglemm. And at the tree top walk or cross-country skiing you can enjoy nature in complete silence. During your winter holiday in Saalbach Hinterglemm you will never get bored after skiing or snowboarding!

Activities to relax

You can relax in Saalbach very well with a cosy drink in the different bars of the town. If you want to be a little more active, you can make a detour to one of the thermal baths in the surrounding area, for example to Zell am See- Kaprun. There you can really enjoy yourself in the Tauern Spa. You can let yourself be treated in the spa area or enjoy the time in the sauna.

Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Since the season 19-20 the ski areas Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Leogang, Fieberbrunn with the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun have joined together to form the ski pass "Ski Alpin Card". Thus, you will be offered 400 km of pistes and 121 lifts, where every winter sportsman, no matter if beginner or intermediate, can let off steam.

The Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm alone offers 270 km of slopes for pure winter fun. You also have the opportunity to relax in one of the numerous cozy huts on the slopes. The skiing area is almost completely covered with snow. In Saalbach-Hinterglemm you have the perfect mixture of well prepared slopes for easy carving, action-packed snowparks and other fun activities, such as skimovie slopes or time measuring tracks.

Skipass Saalbach-Hinterglemm

The ski pass "Ski Alpin Card" is valid for the entire ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn and Kaprun. All areas are connected with highly modern ski lifts, so there are no limits to the fun of snow and winter sports.

Beginner

Directly in the villages of Saalbach and Hinterglemm you will find large practice areas where the newcomers among you can start their first attempts on skis or a snowboard. Especially on the sunny side of the ski region you will find many wide blue slopes where you will quickly make further progress.

Snowparks

For freestyle fans there are five snowparks where fun is assured! These include the Nightpark and Funcross in Hinterglemm, the Snowpark in Leogang, the Easy-Park in Fieberbrunn and the Learn to Ride Park on the Bergkogel in Saalbach. Additionally you can let off steam in the parks in Zell and Kaprun.

Freeriding

Especially suitable for off-piste riding are the slopes in Fieberbrunn and on the Kitzsteinhorn. Fieberbrunn has developed into a top spot for Tyrolean freeriders, Kaprun is very snow-sure thanks to its high glacier location. Directly in the ski resort there are many rather easy deep-snow slopes, which are easy to reach and definitely worth a detour from the slopes.

Aktuelles Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Only since the season 19-20 the ski areas Saalbach, Zell am See and Kaprun have joined together. So you are guaranteed more fun in the snow then before!

Since the 20-21 season, the free ALPIN CARD NAVIGATOR App has been at your side on the slopes. If you want to check your next run, this app will help you reliably. The practical thing is: You will always have the map with you and it is easy to use. It also contains a lot of functions and can be used like a navigation system when driving a car.

Eigenanreise

Arrival by car

Anyone who wants to travel by car is very welcome to do so. First take the A8 from Munich and then the A93 from Rosenheim. At Kufstein you will cross the border to Austria. From there you follow the main roads until you reach the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm. From Munich you have approximately two and a half hours of driving ahead of you until you reach our Sportclub Lederer. Please remember on arrival that check-in is only possible between 15 and 17 o'clock. If you want to arrive at other times, please contact us in advance.

You can park your car on a parking lot at our Sportclub. It is best to pre-book this parking space, as the number is limited.

Do you prefer to arrive as a group with your own bus? That is no problem either! There is also a car park available for you on request.

Arrival by public means of transport

For those of you who don't feel like driving for hours, you can also travel by public transport. An ICE train will take you for example to the main station in Munich. From there, you can choose between several options. For example, choose a railjet xpress to Salzburg Central Station, which you can reach within about 90 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn will take you to Maishofen-Saalbach. The journey takes another two hours.

Once you have arrived there, it is best to change to the regional bus 680, which leaves from the stop Maishofen Ortsmitte. After about 30 minutes you get off at the Seigweg stop in Saalbach. Now you walk along the Seigweg and you are at your destination!
